Manoj Gupta
Mr. Gupta brings over 25 years of experience in infrastructure building, specializing in laying new tracks and maintaining major stations across India for Indian Railways. Having laid approximately 6000 kilometers of track, he is an ‘A Class’ Contractor recognized by Indian Railways and has earned numerous accolades for his work. Notable projects include the Haridwar, Kalka-Nangaldam, Chandigarh-Ludhiana, and Ambala-Chandigarh tracks, which all were praised for precision and timely completion. One of his major achievements was overseeing the 2008 New Delhi Station renovation project, which required a 22-day shutdown and was intensely monitoring by the PMO. While deploying more than 1600 laborers and heavy machinery, Mr. Gupta’s leadership ensured successful and timely completion of the project, earning him a personal word of appreciation from Chairman of the Railway Board. With the same passion and leadership from his infrastructure construction career for Railways, Mr. Gupta is now applying his expertise to the real estate industry, using his experience in managing large-scale projects to create high end and luxurious residential houses.

With an impressive 29-year career in real estate, Mr. Kohli has built a distinguished portfolio, having developed luxurious villas in Delhi and Gurgaon. Now, Mr. Kohli is expanding his vision to include high-rise luxury projects, bringing his expertise and forward-thinking approach to the development of premium urban living spaces.
